Daniel Suarez reportedly gets new crew chief

Scott Graves is expected to make the move to Joe Gibbs Racing to work as crew chief for driver Daniel Suarez on JGR’s No. 18 Toyota team in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2016, according to a report from Motorsport.com. If the report is accurate, Graves will replace Eric Phillips at JGR. With Phillips’ guidance, Suarez put together statistics that garnered him 2015 Xfinity Series Rookie of the Year honors and a fifth-place finish in the season-ending championship points standings.
