IndyCar: Kyle Kaiser, Juncos Racing move up

The power of Mazda’s Road To Indy will be on display next year when reigning Indy Lights champion Kyle Kaiser and his Juncos Racing team make the leap to the Verizon IndyCar Series on a part-time basis. Using the $1 million advancement prize from the MRTI, four races, including the Grand Prix of Indianapolis and Indy 500, are scheduled, and more will be added if increased funding can be found.
Dating back to its debut 32 years ago as the American Racing Series, it will mark the first time in Indy Lights history where the title-winning driver and team remained together to graduate to IndyCar the following season.
