Kyle Busch gets new front tire changer

By AMANDA VINCENT

Kyle Busch will have a different front tire changer on his No. 18 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota team when the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heads to New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon for Sunday’s Sylvania 300, the second of 10 races that make up the Chase for the Sprint Cup championship postseason. A JGR spokesman confirmed to FOX Sports that Josh Leslie is the new front tire changer on the team.

Leslie replaces Nick Odell in the position. Odell was the front tire changer on the No. 18 team for eight years.

Busch heads to NHMS tied with teammate Carl Edwards for third in the championship standings, three points behind another JGR teammate, Matt Kenseth. Joe Gibbs Racing also holds the second spot in the standings with driver Denny Hamlin.
