NASCAR premier series driver Danica Patrick has written a book, titled Pretty Intense, that is slated to hit bookshelves in January 2018.
“It’s finally time!!!,” Patrick tweeted (@DanicaPatrick). “I have a book called Pretty Intense coming out January of 2018. BUT you don’t have to wait until then to try the 90 day workout program portion of the book that I have written and tested all of! (Yes, it was time consuming!) I can’t wait to help get others get stronger both physically, as well as mentally! There will also be a nutritional plan to go with it. It starts January 9th, are you in? Go to @prettyintensebydanica to find out more and sign up!”
Patrick’s status as a health and fitness buff is well-known to her social media followers, as she frequently posts photos of healthy meals she has prepared and herself in challenging yoga positions. As a matter-of fact, the title of the book mirrors an Instagram post from earlier this year, in which she said, “Some may call me pretty intense.”
