Martin Truex and his No. 78 Furniture Row Racing Toyota team are still going strong in the 2016 Chase for the Sprint Cup. As a matter-of-fact they’re one of the championship favorites. Even so, they won’t be in attendance Oct.18-19 at an optional organizational test at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The No. 78 team does have an affiliation with Joe Gibbs Racing, though, and JGR plans to send its No. 19 team and driver Carl Edwards to the test.

Homestead-Miami Speedway will play host to the season-finale NASCAR Sprint Cup race, the one-race final round, or Round of 4, to determine the 2016 series champion on Nov. 20. And all other teams still in the Chase are expected to have one representative at the test. Multi-car teams are only allowed one car/driver entry at the test.

Here are the driver/car Chase combos expected to be at Homestead for the two-day, Tuesday-Wednesday test session:

Team Penske — Brad Keselowski and the No. 2 Ford

Joe Gibbs Racing — Carl Edwards and the No. 19 Toyota

Hendrick Motorsports — Chase Elliott and the No. 24 Chevrolet

Richard Childress Racing — Austin Dillon and the No. 3 Chevrolet

Stewart-Haas Racing — Kurt Busch and the No. 41 Chevrolet

The five aforementioned drivers will be joined by non-Chasers and already-eliminated Chase drivers, including:

Front Row Motorsports — Chris Buescher and the No. 34 Ford

Richard Petty Motorsports — Aric Almirola and the No. 43 Ford

Wood Brothers Racing — Ryan Blaney and the No. 21 Ford

Roush Fenway Racing — Trevor Bayne and the No. 6 Ford

Chip Ganassi Racing — Kyle Larson and the No. 42 Chevrolet

Circle Sport-Leavine Family Racing — Michael McDowell and the No. 95 Chevrolet

BK Racing — David Ragan and the No. 23 Toyota
