NASCAR Cup: Richard Petty Motorsports crew member injured

Josh Frankos, front tire changer on the No. 43 Richard Petty Motorsports team of Darrell Wallace Jr. in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, injured a hand Sunday morning at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, ahead of the Pennzoil 400 Sunday afternoon.

Michael Hubert will fill-in for Frankos on pit road for Sunday’s race.

Frankos was transported to a local hospital. No further details were provided by the race team.
