NASCAR lifts suspension of Brian Scott’s motorcoach driver

NASCAR recently reinstated Brian R. Allen, motorcoach driver for Brian Scott, driver of the No. 2 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Allen was indefinitely suspended from participation in NASCAR activities on Sept. 30, 2015 because of behavior exhibited after the Sept. 26 race at Kentucky Speedway in Sparta.

In its original penalty announcement, NASCAR cited violations of sections 7.5 (violation of the NASCAR Code of Conduct) and 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) of the 2015 NASCAR rule book.
