NASCAR Truck: Kyle Busch’s race-winning truck fails inspection

By AMANDA VINCENT
The race-winning No. 18 Kyle Busch Motorsports Toyota truck driven by Kyle Busch failed post-race inspection following Friday night’s American Ethanol E15 225 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Ill.
According to a NASCAR report, the rear of Busch’s truck was lower than NASCAR’s required specifications. If penalties are assessed, they will be announced next week, probably on Wednesday.
Busch’s No. 18 dominated the race, running up front for 95 laps in the race that was scheduled for 150 laps but extended to 151 laps by a late-race caution.
