NASCAR released its weekly penalty report Tuesday, detailing penalties issued to two NASCAR Xfinity Series teams as a result of rules infractions from Saturday’s Kansas Lottery 300 at Kansas Speedway near Kansas City.

Greg Erwin, crew chief on the No. 22 Team Penske Ford team that had Ryan Blaney as its driver at Kansas, and Dave Rogers, crew chief on the No. 19 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota team of Matt Tifft, were both fined $5,000, because their cars had a lug nut loose or missing after the race.

Both cars finished in the top-10 at Kansas, with Blaney finishing third and Tifft eighth.

The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series also raced at Kansas Speedway on Sunday, but there were not penalties issued after the Cup Series race.
