Ross Kenseth plans Truck Series debut at Martinsville

Ross Kenseth, son of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Matt Kenseth, plans to make his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Saturday in the Kroger 200 at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway. He’ll be behind the wheel of the No. 18 Hattori Racing Enterprises Toyota. Not only will Kenseth be new to the Truck Series, but the Martinsville race will be only the second series race for Hattori Racing.

“Shige (Shigeaki Hattori, truck owner) and I have tried to put something together for a long time, and finally, all of the pieces fell into place,” Kenseth said on Oct. 20. “I’m thankful to him for this opportunity and am looking forward to working hard to make our debut a successful one in a couple of weeks.”
