NASCAR Camping World Truck Series team NTS Motorsports recently announced a partnership with Rick Ware Racing in an effort to field a No. 15 Chevrolet entry in Saturday night’s Subway Firecracker 250 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway. Scott Lagasse Jr. will drive the car.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Rick Ware Racing and to have Scott Lagasse Jr. behind the wheel for what is, arguably, one of the most anticipated and exciting events of the season,” NTS Motorsports owner Bob Newberry said. “The NASCAR Xfinity Series has produced some really good racing in 2015, and Daytona always puts on a show. I can’t think of anything more exciting than NTS Motorsports and Rick Ware Racing bringing home a win on the Fourth of July.”
