PRESS RELEASE

Stephen Cox, CEO of Sopwith Motorsports Television Production, racing driver, and co-host of Mecum Auctions on NBCSN, is recuperating at home following a single-car racing incident at Circuit of the Americas in which the Porsche race car he was driving caught fire.

Cox suffered first, second and third-degree burns over seven percent of his body and was airlifted to the Brooke Medical Center Intensive Care Unit, but is expected to make a full recovery. Well-wishers may leave messages for or follow Cox on Facebook.
